Dear Arabic learners
How is your learning journey going on?
Hope it is as ☀ as it can be.
📝 Tip of the week
Depending on what your native language is, you might find it challenging, at first, to read Arabic without the help of Latin transcription. Here is a couple of tips that might help you become less dependent on the transcription:
❇Prep flash cards with only the Arabic words with their translation in English or any other language without any hint of pronunciation.
❇Record yourself pronouncing the words while following the transcription. Then only use the audio if you need to remember how to pronounce these words.
📖 Have you been following the Arabic Phrasebook videos on my channel?
A phrasebook is an easy method to enrich your vocabulary. You can listen to it while working out, walking, running, or doing something around the house. You can also use it as a companion when traveling in an Arabic-speaking country.

🔒 My mystery project
I told you last week about a big new project. I’ll give you two hints. (1) It’s going to be printed and electronic, and (2) it will be bilingual. Did you guess what it is? Let me know in the comments on the Newsletters page: https://www.summerlanguages.net/blog/learn-arabic-newsletters/
